Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $7, applied at checkout.

Delivery time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — once a package is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at info@thedealbuster.com and we'll look into it.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 48 hours and we'll open a carrier claim. For packages that arrive damaged, keep the original box and packing materials and send us photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address are subject to reshipment costs.
